Chalice is a third-party algorithmic optimization partner available within the Viant DSP. Chalice uses custom AI models trained on campaign delivery data to optimize bidding and performance toward advertiser-defined business outcomes.
Chalice optimization is powered by campaign log-level data. When enabled, Viant securely passes log data from your campaigns to Chalice, where their machine learning models analyze delivery patterns and generate optimized bidding recommendations. Optimized media is then executed through curated PMP deals within your campaign.
How to get Started
- Navigate to the Measurement - Advanced Reporting marketplace within the DSP.
- Select Chalice from the available partner options.
- Once selected, the Viant team will be notified and will configure the backend data pass and PMP deal setup on your behalf.
- Chalice optimization will begin flowing through designated PMP deals within your campaign structure. No additional trafficking or campaign restructuring is required on your end.
What to Expect
- Chalice algorithms run alongside your existing campaign setup and do not require changes to your targeting, creative, or budget configuration.
- Optimized delivery is executed via PMP deals, which will appear within your standard deal reporting.
